Cyberbullying or cyber harassment is a type of tormenting or badgering using electronic means. It is also called as online bullying and cyber harassment. It has become progressively normal, particularly among young people, as the computerized circle has extended and technology has progressed.

Cyberbullying can happen through SMS, Text, and applications, or online in web-based entertainment, gatherings, or gaming where individuals can see, partake in, or share content. Cyberbullying incorporates sending, posting, or sharing negative, hurtful, misleading, or mean substance about another person. It can incorporate sharing individual or private data about another person causing shame or embarrassment. Some cyberbullying goes too far into unlawful or criminal way of behaving.

The most common places where cyberbullying occurs are:

  • Social Media, such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Tik Tok
  • Text messaging and messaging apps on mobile or tablet devices
  • Instant messaging, direct messaging, and online chatting over the internet
  • Online forums, chat rooms, and message boards, such as Reddit
  • Email
  • Online gaming communities

  3. Going through a cyberbulling incident which is very difficult for students to overcome they facing so much it through this was not easy to overcome the situation.This situation and their is the only need for adapting the cyber security hygiene habit to stop all this
